{149} ALS 037 *MELO YELLOW* side A ♫ +++
ALS 037, SOUND NEVER POSTED ! details on chapter {9} and this message is dedicated to *****Jimmy James Stewart*****, happy birthday to you !
Another scarce album brought back from Benin by *****Nuno Aires***** last summer. A long single track on each side. This post present "Blewo Zon Dede" from A side, joyous afro-funk, 17 minutes long ! Enjoy and don't hesitate to comment below. It seems to my hear there is women in backing vocals and surely solid guitars and drums breaks.
POLY-RYTHMO Melome (yellow) ALS 037 side A by Z j A k

Merci, ZjAk.

Thanks Americans !

One more, thank you.
It seems that the melody is similar to that of their Festac Nigeria LP, you know which one I mean.
But TPPR can't stop ...:)
You are perfectly right ! I did check immediately so i confirm your feeling if you agree a deeper soukouss rhythm for the Festac Live. It is a different track from "Blewo Zon Dede" but let's say a "cousin tune" !
Welcome back Dial Africa
Ahaha ! Jama Rico on Jam Magica !!! Very please to meet you Dial Africa undoubtedly! I suppose you have "Man from Wareikia DUB" if not tell me and I'll send a rip !
ZjAk, thank you; I have Warrika Dub as LP rip (thanks to Fizzè) and the Japan CD re-release. Great music, isn't it.
